Junko had arranged for us to use a guest room at her parents' apartments. In the morning, we
decided to visit Shinjuku's park, which had been closed at our previous attmpt to visit.
We finally ate proper sushi, as
well as okonomiyaki, although we had first sampled that (Hiroshima-style) on Miya-jima.
This is exactly what we would have been doing in Croydon.
We lazed around Shinjuku until we got hungry.
Junko is clearly impressed by Toby's grasp of sushi etiquette here.
We were eating fish just because it was our first trip to Japan. Next time, we'll
be strict tofu-tarians.
We passed by Harajuku again on our way to Shibuya. This look is somewhat typical.
Wandering around shopping, we noticed these traditional decorations for Boy's Day in Golden Week.
Crowds? Nightlife? It's probably Shibuya.
